Making It Right

While returns are not possible, your satisfaction matters to us. We will step in and provide a solution if you experience any of the following:

• Damaged on Arrival – If your order arrives leaking, broken, or unusable
• Order Error – If you receive a product different from what you ordered
• Missing Items – If any product from your order is missing

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you quickly.

Kindly include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
• An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Our Resolution Process

Once we review the details, we will:

• Send a replacement product at no extra cost, or
• Provide a fair resolution based on the situation

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Note on Natural Authenticity

Our products are made using traditional methods without chemicals or standardization.

Because of this, slight variations in:

• Color (based on seasonal harvest)
• Texture (jaggery may be softer or firmer depending on weather)
• Taste (natural variation in crops)

…are completely normal and not considered defects.

These differences are a sign of real, unrefined food—just as nature intended.
